SPRING HILL -- You can get your car washed and contribute to charity at the same time Saturday during a community fundraiser aimed at helping families in Afghanistan caught in the middle of the fight against terrorism. The car wash at Moore Sun Tanning Salon at 7040 Mariner Blvd. is in response to a request by President Bush for America's children to raise dollars to help those in need in Afghanistan.About 20 local businesses have donated goods to give away as gift certificates or other prizes.
