1. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT LAKEVIEW DRIVE, OCT. 26, 7:50 A.M.: A 1998 Dodge van rear-ended a 2001 Chevrolet truck. The Dodge driver, a 38-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving.

Road work
1. INTERSTATE 275, from Busch Boulevard to U.S. 41, will have periodic nighttime lane closures. Also watch for construction at Busch Boulevard and Fowler Avenue near the interstate. Work will continue until two new lanes are complete in Fall 2002.
