Magazine's refund promise not kept
I subscribed to Victorian Decorating and Lifestyle magazine on Jan. 20. I received an acknowledgement in February, informing me that the current issue was on its way. It wasn't. In April, I sent a note asking where my magazine was. Shortly thereafter, I received a postcard saying the magazine was delayed. In May, I wrote again, this time requesting a refund of my $12.97.
