Clinic calls off collection agency
I had X-rays on both my knees on April 21, 1999, at the Watson Clinic in Lakeland. When the clinic billed Medicare, it said it was only one knee that was x-rayed, and Medicare would not pay for the second leg. I have talked to Medicare and Watson Clinic. Watson Clinic knows it was two knees but apparently is submitting the wrong information to Medicare. Now I am getting bills from a collection agency. George Leonard
