Bank wants to build new office building
CITRUS PARK: First Citrus Bank is seeking permission to develop an office building next to its existing bank on 1.33 acres at the corner of Sheldon and Hixon roads. The proposed 4,000-square-foot freestanding building would provide additional office space for bank employees. Thirteen parking spaces will be added.
