Return of security deposit at issue
I moved out of St. James Place Townhomes in June after living there for two years. When I signed the contract, I paid a $250 security deposit and some other fees for gate and laundry cards, etc., to be reimbursed when I moved out. I returned all these cards, home keys and mailbox keys on July 5, and signed a notice to vacate. I left my new address and phone number so the landlord could contact me.
