Cheney: Videotape leaves 'no doubt'
WASHINGTON -- Vice President Dick Cheney said Sunday that he has seen the videotape of Osama bin Laden discussing in Arabic the attacks on the World Trade Center and the al-Qaida leader's words as translated to Cheney leave "no doubt about his responsibility for the attack on Sept. 11."

New Yorkers talk of bond in Israel
JERUSALEM -- In a daylong extravaganza of photo ops and sound bites, New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani and his successor-elect, Michael Bloomberg, Sunday toured the sites of suicide bombings and shooting attacks, proclaiming that the experience of terrorism had sealed a fraternal bond between New York and Jerusalem.

Continuity not set for massive strike on D.C.
