CRAZED FOR GLAZED: Krispy Kreme set off a feeding frenzy in Mississauga, Ontario, this month when it opened its first doughnut shop in Canada. Six people camped out overnight. Cars were backed up for nearly a mile. One customer drove an hour to get there; others waited in line an hour. "It's almost cultish," restaurant consultant Geoff Wilson said. "People take them home and gorge on them."
