More to life than money

According to a recent survey, most American kids in sixth through 11th grades would rather have more brains (80 percent), more friends (78 percent) and more athletic ability (70 percent) than more money. A TV show for kids by kids

Viewers can interact with Zoom via the Web at http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/zoom/.

Baking a winner

For one young baker, the Easy Bake Oven is more than just a toy. Nine-year-old Alexandra Stewart of Texas recently beat out four other kids to be crowned Easy Bake's "Baker of the Year 2000." She wowed the judges with her Chocolate Mousse Cake, which included pecans, M&Ms and whipped cream. For her efforts Alexandra received a $5,000 savings bond, a special dinner party for 10 in her home hosted by a chef and a two-year supply of Easy Bake brand bake sets.
