Coach Tony Dungy on the game:

"The Eagles were definitely the better team today."

Dungy on the season:

"It was a good year for us. Not as good as we would have liked. It's a disappointing ending, but I think we have the type of guys that will bounce back."

Dungy on quarterback Shaun King's fumble:

"They got that turnover and I thought it gave them an emotional lift. We didn't really step up and match it."

Dungy on the blocking scheme that led to the fumble:

"We had Warrick Dunn blocking Hugh Douglas. We had a screen play off of that, and we really needed Mike Alstott in there at that time, but we didn't get that communicated. That was a breakdown in communication that really gave them momentum."

General manager Rich McKay on the future:

"We need to get away from it for a week or so, and then evaluate what we need to do. I don't see a lot of changes."

Receiver Keyshawn Johnson on the way the Eagles defense smothered the Bucs:

"It was like they had been looking at our practices."

Offensive coordinator Les Steckel on running on third and 7 before kicking a field goal in the second quarter:

"They basically were running two fronts, and if we got one of them, we were going to pass, and if we got the other one, we were going to run. They gave us the one that told us to run. I think if there had been one less man in the box, we could have broken it."

Johnson on Tampa Bay's inability to find its rhythm:

"That's been the case for the most part of the season, I would say."
