You couldn't find better neighbors

In response to "Drawing lines at holiday time," Dec. 29:
I have been a happy resident on Valley Ranch Drive for 16 years. Not once in that time has there ever been a case of feuding neighbors. This street is inhabited by people who look out for and care about their neighbors.
My husband had cancer surgery in November. Every neighbor who knows us cooked, shopped and offered themselves in any way needed. And the thought that anyone could intimidate the Silvers, Goldsteins, Mednicks and Weiskopfs was truly laughable. Yes, Virginia, there are other Jewish families on Valley Ranch Drive.
This has been a wonderful home for my husband and the four children we have raised here and the same is true for my neighbors, the best neighbors in the world.
