Wes Erbe and Brian Jack of Admiral Farragut and Jeff Ritch of Shorecrest were named to the Class A All-State first team.

Erbe and Jack, both seniors, were chosen at linebacker and kicker, respectively. Ritch, a senior who played both ways, was selected as a kick returner.

Admiral Farragut senior Jacque St. Vil was a second-team selection at linebacker, and teammate Andres Kirchman, a junior, was placed on the third team at offensive line. Shorecrest junior Forrest Eleazer was selected to the third team as an athlete.

The Class 2A All-State team was released late Thursday, and CCC seniors Jay Davis (quarterback) and Marcus Edwards (wide receiver) were named to the first team. SPC junior quarterback Chris Davis was named to the second team.
