Wondrous creatures that they are, pets provide warmth, solace and love, and they don't hold grudges. Not even after they have been neglected in the hubbub of the holidays. A full 80 percent or more of U.S. pet owners buy gifts for their pets, and who knows how many people ignore expert advice and give pets as holiday presents? Why not pamper them now?
