Series of free law classes planned at SPJC campusBy Times staff writer © St. Petersburg Times, published January 12, 2001 CLEARWATER -- You don't have to be a lawyer to learn about the law. The People's Law School, a series of free sessions sponsored by the Clearwater Bar Association, will begin Thursday. All classes, taught by local judges and/or lawyers, will be from 7 to 9 p.m. in the teaching auditorium of St. Petersburg Junior College, at 2465 Drew St. in Clearwater. People can attend as few or as many sessions as they wish. There is no homework. Seating is limited, but registration not necessary. For information, call (727) 461-4869.
