Pasco County sheriff's deputies were searching for the suspects who stole 2,000 pounds of food Wednesday night from the Pasco Food Bank at 5829 Ehren Cutoff. Manager Theresa Tooter told deputies that the thieves stole about 75 banana boxes full of miscellaneous boxed and canned foods from one of three trailers owned by the food bank. Deputies noticed bread crumbs on the ground in front of the trailer, which apparently fell while the thieves loaded the boxes onto a vehicle. The stolen food was valued at $400. Deputies have no suspects so far.
