Here is a list of public meetings scheduled for this week in Hernando County:

TUESDAY: Hernando County Commission, 9 a.m., County Commission chambers, Hernando County Government Center, 20 N Main St., Brooksville. Agenda: Discussion on procedure for placing items on the agenda and commissioners' time; discussion of the county attorney's legal opinion regarding the Economic Development Commission contract.

Hernando County School Board, 7 p.m., School Board meeting room, 919 N Broad St., Brooksville. Agenda: Naming the county's next high school as "Nature Coast Technical High School"; granting a $130,000 impact fee credit for Elviretta Corp. for its 1983 land donation; and changes to employee health insurance benefits.

WEDNESDAY: Hernando County Facilities Master Plan Steering Committee, 10 a.m., fourth-floor conference room, Hernando County Government Center, 20 N Main St., Brooksville. Agenda: Master plan options, analysis and generation, as well as review of the projected department employee figures.

Hernando County Metropolitan Planning Organization Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board, 10 a.m., County Commission chambers, Hernando County Government Center, 20 N Main St., Brooksville.

Withlacoochee Regional Water Supply Authority Board of Directors, 4:30 p.m., Sumter County Courthouse, Commission Meeting Room 222, 209 N Florida St., Bushnell.

THURSDAY: Hernando County Commission, 1 p.m. workshop, County Commission chambers, Hernando County Government Center, 20 N Main St., Brooksville. Topics: Facilities master plan and the Economic Development Commission.

Hernando County Health Care Advisory Board, 11 a.m., main conference room, first floor, Brooksville Regional Hospital, 55 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Brooksville.

Hernando County Tourist Development Council, 9 a.m., Hernando County Airport Annex, 16110 Aviation Loop Drive, Brooksville.
