Free parking available at Crystal River Mall on U.S. 19 N. Free shuttle buses will take people to the festival site and back again.
Free manatee viewing boat rides on Kings Bay are available from noon to 2:30 p.m. and registration begins at 10 a.m. Space is limited. The rides depart from Crystal River Manatee Dive and Tour at 237 NW Third St., Crystal River. Shuttle bus boards at First Baptist Church parking lot for the boat trip.
A manatee education exhibit area on Citrus Avenue at Heritage Village includes displays from Homosassa Springs State Wildlife Park, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Manatee Rescue.
Admission for the fine arts and crafts show along Citrus Avenue is $1.
A section of N Citrus Avenue from U.S. 19 to Crystal Street will be closed until 8 tonight.

Children's activities throughout the day at the Creative Playground include sack races, fishing booth, crafts and games. Check schedule list at the playground for times.
