Winkel was the project manager for Linens 'n Things stores in Georgia, Tennessee, Florida and North Carolina. He currently manages projects in Knoxville, Tenn., Florence, Ala., and Roswell, Ga. RE/MAX Realty One has announced that Gerry Schabruch is a multimillion dollar producer in closed sales for 2000 and has qualified for their 100% Club. He is an agent in the Crystal River office. Another multimillion dollar producer, Linda Thompson, is the newest inductee into the club. She specializes in the waterfront communities of Homosassa. CLM Works has announced that Kathleen Woodring and Charlotte Hearn have received credentials as certified work force development professionals. The credential is given by the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals. Woodring is vice president of planning and development for CLM Works; Hearn serves as associate director of work force initiatives.
