Republic Bank announced the following appointments: E. Carl Goff has been promoted to executive vice president/commercial real estate manager; and Rita J. Lowman has been appointed executive vice president/retail line of business manager. Goff previously held the position of senior vice president, corporate lending; and Lowman previously worked for Bank of America as consumer executive/senior vice president, southwest Florida.
Charles Tudor has been appointed operations/facility manager for Florida Clarklift Inc., Tampa.
Carlos A. Fuentes has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Membership designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Fuentes is employed by Alliance Exchange Corp., Odessa.
Marilyn P. Hett has been appointed business/industry development administrator for the Hillsborough County Economic Development Department. Hett previously served as director of community development for Miami-Dade County.
Lloyd DeFrance has been appointed vice president of administration and human resources for 800 Travel Systems Inc., Tampa. DeFrance previously served as vice president of human resources for Crown Marketing Group, Clearwater.
