Public workshop on drought

LECANTO -- Officials will discuss the drought and possible water conservation measures at a public workshop today, starting at 9 a.m. in Room 166 of the Lecanto Government Building, 3600 W Sovereign Path, Lecanto.

The workshop will include a presentation by the Southwest Florida Water Management District and time for public comment. County commissioners and officials from Inverness and Crystal River will be in attendance.
