The Central Ridge Republican Club will meet at 5 p.m. Monday in the Central Ridge Library community room, 425 W Roosevelt Blvd., Beverly Hills. Residents in the Central Ridge area, which includes Pine Ridge, Citrus Hills, Black Diamond, Timberlane Estates, Citrus Springs, Beverly Hills and surrounding areas, are invited. The Yankeetown-Inglis Republican Club will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Yankeetown Woman's Club, 5 56th St., Yankeetown. The guest speaker will be Weston Stow, chairman of the Citrus County Republican Party, and chairman of of the chairman's caucus. He will install the incoming officers. The public is welcome.

A spaghetti dinner will be served for $3. Members and guests are asked to bring their own table service. If you plan to come, call Scotty, 447-2896 or Edith, 447-2622.

The East Citrus Republican Club will meet at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Jim's Cafe at the Central Motel, 721 U.S. 41 S, Inverness.

Guest speakers will be Circuit Judge Barbara Gurrola and Kenneth Chadwick, candidate for Inverness City Council Seat 2.

The newly formed Sugarmill Woods Democratic Club will meet at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Sugarmill Woods Golf & Country Club, 1 Douglas St., Homosassa. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. This will be an organizational meeting and all Sugarmill Woods Democrats are invited. refreshments will be served. For information, call Joe Cino at 628-7191.

The Central Citrus Democratic Club will meet at 1 p.m. Feb. 17 at the Central Ridge Library, 425 W Roosevelt Blvd., Beverly Hills. Democrats and Independents are invited. Call 746-9374.

Absentee ballots are available for the Inverness city election. Voters who want to vote by absentee ballot may come to the elections office at 120 N Apopka Ave., Inverness. The office is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. To have an absentee ballot mailed to you, call (352) 341-6740.
