Beverly Hills woman, 72, is a lottery winner
BEVERLY HILLS -- A 72-year-old Beverly Hills resident won nearly $180,000 in the Florida Lottery's Mega Money game last week. On Monday, Florence Lewis claimed her $179,850 prize at the Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.
She bought the $1 ticket at the Shell Food Mart on County Road 491 in Beverly Hills. The winning numbers were picked by a computer, according to a Florida Lottery news release. Lewis declined to comment.
