DEFENSIVE END MICHAEL STRAHAN ON THE JOCULARITY IN THE LOCKER ROOM: "Micheal Barrow, we call him powdered donuts. Every time he talks he gets this white ring around his mouth, he gets so dehydrated. Christian Peter, he thinks he's a 300-pound Gucci model."

BARROW ON WHAT THE GIANTS THINK OF THE RAVENS' BILLBOARDS AROUND TAMPA: "We love them. It looks nice. I wish we had thought of that."

FULLBACK GREG COMELLA ON RAVENS LINEBACKER RAY LEWIS: "He's the type of player you have to account for on every single down. His attitude, his confidence, it becomes infectious."

STRAHAN TO THE PERSON WHO GAVE HIM A MUNDANE INTRODUCTION AT HIS NEWS CONFERENCE: "That $20 I gave you didn't do much."

RECEIVER JOE JUREVICIUS, WHO LIVES ON THE SAME FLOOR OF AN APARTMENT COMPLEX WITH QUARTERBACK KERRY COLLINS (AND REGULARLY DRIVES HIM TO PRACTICE), ON COLLINS GETTING HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE IN FEBRUARY: "I know that he's looking forward to jumping into his new car."

STRAHAN ON WHAT COACH JIM FASSEL SAYS ABOUT SPEAKING TO THE MEDIA: "I don't want to hear you say anything. Shut up. Play. Talk with your actions."

STRAHAN ON THE WAY LINEBACKER JESSIE ARMSTEAD TENDS TO USE FOUL LANGUAGE WHEN PUMPING UP THE TEAM: "When we come out before the games, Jessie's the one in the middle of the huddle yelling, "We've got to bleep, bleep, bleep!' "

STRAHAN ON HIS IMPENDING DUEL WITH RAVENS VETERAN RIGHT TACKLE HARRY SWAYNE: "It will be kind of like chess, figuring out when you can move that piece in and say "checkmate.' "

COMELLA ON THE DEMEANOR OF FASSEL: "Coach Fassel can be very intense when he wants to be. He's got this stern look. You just know he means business. He can get everybody's attention real fast."

JUREVICIUS, WHO IS WORKING ON COMPLETING THE FINAL 12 CREDITS TOWARD HIS DEGREE FROM PENN STATE, ON HIS ACADEMIC TROUBLES WHEN HE WAS IN SCHOOL: "My problems at Penn State stemmed from a family crisis. I had several relatives and my best friend from grade school ... they all died in a short period of time. By no means do I consider myself unintelligent, but my academics suffered. I was too young to know how to handle the situation."
