Save your money; Don’t see ‘Silverman’

© St. Petersburg Times, published February 12, 2001

Movie: Saving Silverman

Rating: PG-13, but probably came real close to earning an R because of the profanity and the visual "humor"!

Summary: Two guys try to stop their best friend from marrying the woman they believe is "the wrong one."

My view: Well, let me say this in as nice a way as I can: This movie was horrible! Everything about it was awful! I did get a couple of laughs out of the whole mess, but other than that, it was completely worthless. The humor in this movie was rude, crude and not worth the money or the time it took to watch it.

Favorite part: Do you think I really have one?

Least favorite part: If I get going on this subject again, I'll never stop. So, I think I'll spare you.

Recommendations: I don't recommend this movie to anyone for the reasons stated above! The movie was totally stupid!

Grade: F!
