Wesley Chapel defeated Mitchell 61-58 Wednesday in the Class 3A, District 11 quarterfinals.

Sorenson made five three-pointers to help wipe out a nine-point deficit. Danny Sheehan scored 16 to lead Mitchell.

Wesley Chapel meets Clearwater Central Catholic on Friday in the semis.
