SAN ANTONIO

Non-partisan. Commissioners serve two-year terms and select a mayor from their ranks each year. They are not paid. The three available seats go to the top three vote-getters.

Non-partisan. Commissioners serve four-year terms and select a mayor from their ranks. Commissioners are paid $1,200 annually. The mayor is paid $1,800.
