PORT RICHEY -- A former employee of Low Cost Auto in Port Richey has accused a supervisor of sexual harassment and battery in a lawsuit filed last week in Pasco County Circuit Court.

The woman, Carrie L. Young, who worked as an office manager from November 1997 to March 1999, says the supervisor made unwanted sexual advances and untoward remarks, and on one occasion physically forced her into performing oral sex on him in the back room of the company's U.S. 19 office, according to the lawsuit.

As a result of the supervisor's behavior, the suit says, Young was forced to leave her job. A review of county records showed no criminal charges were filed against the supervisor in question.
