To celebrate, two literary magazines, America's Kenyon Review and the British Stand are joining next month to offer a collection of Nobel-related works. The joint issue, which will be published in the United States, will include nearly 20 new works by laureates and interviews with and articles about winners. Archival materials include correspondence by Marie Curie (1903 prize for physics and 1911 for chemistry) and a conversation about God and creativity between Albert Einstein (1921 prize for physics) and poet Rabindranath Tagore (1913 for literature). FOR THE SANDWICH GENERATION: I'll Be There: Caring for Your Parents, Job, Kids and Marriage by Eve Herold provides advice for those in the "sandwich generation," baby boomers who are taking care of two generations, their own family and their parents. The booklet, which costs $5, is offered by the American Health Assistance Foundation, a non-profit organization that funds scientific research on Alzheimer's disease, heart disease, macular degeneration and glaucoma.
