The Brandon League of Fine Arts is having a paint-out Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The painting site will be 5005 Whispering Leaf Trail in the Twin Lakes subdivision, off Bloomingdale Avenue in Valrico. Big band to perform at Senior Prom

SeniorCare will host its sixth annual Senior Prom from 7 to 10 p.m. at University Community Carrollwood Wellness Plaza Auditorium, 7171 N Dale Mabry Highway. This semiformal event for couples and singles will feature live music from the Sun City Center Big Band. Non-alcoholic beverages and hor d'oeuvres will be served. The cost is $10 per person. Sickles High to host fashion show

The Fashion Distributive Education Club of America Chapter of Sickles High School presents its third annual spring fashion show, "United Styles of America." The show starts at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the school's auditorium, 7950 Gunn Highway. The event will feature apparel and accessories from retailers from Citrus Park TownCenter and Citrus Park Plaza. Bridge tournament set this weekend

The Sun City Center Bridge Association is sponsoring the Sun City Center Sectional Duplicate Bridge Tournament at the Community Hall, 1910 S Pebble Beach Blvd. The tournament, under the auspices of the American Contract Bridge League, will be held Friday through Sunday.
