THIS WEEK'S QUESTION: Hard rockers and heavy metal court freaks Metallica have been in the news lately because of the band's litigious beefs with Napster and with the perfume manufacturer Guerlain for calling its new scent, what else? Metallica. But this isn't the first time the band, which takes its trademark seriously, has sued for unauthorized use of its name. A lip liner pencil called Metallica got the boys upset in 1999.
