SERVICES AND PROGRAMS: Regular worship begins Saturday at 4 p.m. and Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon, post-polio syndrome and Weight Watchers groups meet at the church. LEADERSHIP: Asa Sprague has been the pastor since 1997. He earned a bachelor's degree at the State University of New York in Albany and holds a degree in theology and a masters degree in divinity from McGill University in Montreal. He and his wife, Beverly, have been married for 23 years. He has two sons. Mrs. Sprague owns Rocking Chair Music Company. HISTORY: The church was started in 1980 in the defunct Sun City Center Town Hall. It moved into the current fellowship hall in 1983 and into the main sanctuary in 1988.
