STORYTELLING FESTIVAL: The 21st annual Tampa-Hillsborough County Storytelling Festival will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 21 at Hillsborough High School, 5000 Central Ave. The free event will include youth and adult storytellers, a storybook character parade, book fair, puppet shows and workshops. Students from kindergarten to 12th grade are invited to participate in the festival and become a youth storyteller. Registration deadline is March 5.
