Senior Hall of Fame seeks nominationsBy Times staff © St. Petersburg Times, published February 27, 2001 St. Petersburg's Office on Aging is accepting nominations for the Senior Hall of Fame, which recognizes people for outstanding contributions to the community. Nominees must be older than 65 and residents of Pinellas County for at least three years. Those who wish to nominate someone may complete an application or submit a paper with the nominee's name, address, phone number and birth date, along with a 200-word summary of the nominee's community service for St. Petersburg. Those submitting nominations should also include their own name, address and phone number. Nominations must be received no later than April 13 and may be mailed to Senior Hall of Fame, Office on Aging, P.O. Box 2842, St. Petersburg, FL 33731.
