Marine Corps 2nd Lt. Daniel L. Rodenhaver, a 1993 graduate of St. Petersburg High School, graduated from combat engineer officer training at Marine Corps engineer school, Camp Lejeune, N.C.

Rodenhaver received instruction in basic and supervisory level operational and planning skills in mobility, countermobility, survivability and general engineering.

He is qualified to perform tasks appropriate for a platoon commander.

Marine Corps Pvt. Kelly B. Griffin, a 1994 graduate of St. Petersburg High School, completed basic training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, S.C.
