    4-year-old injured in accident dies

    NEW PORT RICHEY -- A fourth person has died as a result of a fiery crash Friday night on State Road 54.

    Deziree Elizabeth Pozzi, 4, of New Port Richey died Saturday afternoon at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa.

    Deziree was a passenger in a car driven by Miqucalena Zorbas that collided with a Chevrolet Camaro driven by Nicholas DeMerie, 53, at Old County Road 54 and State Road 54 on Friday night.

    Zorbas' sons, Anthony, 10, and Robert, 14, died Friday night, as did Anne Marie DeMerie, 49, of New Port Richey, who was riding with her husband.

    Deziree is survived by her mother and father, Jessica and Joshua Pozzi, half-brother Joshua Michael, and grandparents Anna and Howard Brooks and Ginger and Michael Pozzi, all of New Port Richey.
