CLEARWATER -- Clearwater police said Monday that the techno-music dance party at the Harborview Center over the weekend was fairly quiet.

Police spokesman Wayne Shelor said officers made seven arrests for charges such as underage drinking and the use of fraudulent driver's licenses.

The arrests also included Jamie Cash, the party's promoter, who was charged with failing to pay $1,450 he owed a vendor, jail records show.

"Other than his own lack of responsibility, there were very few problems," Shelor said.
