Here are some of the major Irish-themed parties you'll find around town for St. Patrick's Day. Check the Night Spots listings, page XXW, for more ideas.
O'Keefe's Tavern & Restaurant, 1219 S Fort Harrison Ave., Clearwater. (727) 442-9034. Saturday's tent party starts at noon with Irish and non-Irish music and dance.
Four Green Fields, 205 W Platt St., Tampa. (813) 254-4444. Famed Irish band the Wolfe Tones, scheduled to play at 8 p.m. Saturday, headlines a day-long celebration of music and food that starts at 9 a.m.
O'Brien's Irish Pub, 11744 N Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa. (813) 961-4092. The live music starts Friday evening and strikes up again on Saturday afternoon.
The Harp & Thistle Pub, 650 Corey Ave., St. Pete Beach. (727) 360-4104. Opens at 10 a.m. Saturday for a day-long tent party with music, dancing and more.
McGee's Pub and Grill, 4106 Little Road, New Port Richey. (727) 376-8998. Opens at 11 a.m. Saturday for a day-long tent party with live music and a deejay.
