Time to dance a jig for St. Patrick's Day

The Puerto Rican-American Club celebrates St. Patrick's Day with a dance at 7 tonight at Bouma Hall, 1202 Kenlake Ave., Spring Hill.

The cost is $3 for members and $7 for guests; $3 for children and $5 for students.

Bring your own beverages; the kitchen is open.

Disc jockey Mike Martinez will be the musical entertainment.

VFW plans dinner, dance and social

The VFW Post 10209 will have its St. Patrick's dinner-dance Sunday at 15166 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill.

The menu is corned beef and cabbage, potato, carrots, and dessert, with entertainment by Phil and Nancy. Social hour is from 1 to 2 p.m., dinner from 2 to 3 p.m., and dancing from 3 to 6 p.m. Tickets are $6.50. For information, call 796-0398.

Knights serve corned beef, cabbage dinner

The Knights of Columbus St. Theresa Council 11877 will have a St. Patrick's Day dinner from 4-8 p.m. today at St. Theresa Parish Hall on U.S. 19.

The menu will be corned beef and cabbage, salad, tea or coffee and dessert. Tickets are $6 adults; $4 children 12 and younger. For information, call William Lemon, 683-0833.
