The $2.3-million dollar facility is on the St. Petersburg/Gibbs campus. Highlights include a SPJC faculty recital at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday; a concert celebrating Bach at 8 p.m. Wednesday by string quartet with keyboard instructor Robert Setzer on harpsichord and piano; a student honors recital at 8 p.m. Friday; and a master class by pianist Awadagin Pratt at 11 a.m. Saturday. The grand opening concert and dedication are at 3 p.m. March 25. All events are free. For information, call (727) 341-4360. Fame gameTampa artists Thomas Kettner, Jr. and David McKirdy are represented in "Burn: Artists Play with Fire" at the Norton Museum of Art, West Palm Beach, March 31-June 3. The show, curated by Neil Watson of the Norton and formerly of the Tampa Museum of Art, brings together contemporary artists who incorporate fire, smoke and/or ash into their works. Others exhibiting include internationally known artists Chris Burden, Yves Klein and the late John Cage. ... For the third consecutive year, Clearwater photographer Davida A. Milne is exhibiting in "Iz it . . . Photography?" on view in San Francisco through May 1. All works are derived from Polaroid film.
