Hospital plans Wellness Day for kids ages 8 to 12

All Children's Hospital will sponsor a Wellness Day for Children from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. The program, taught by All Children's staff and Medical Explorers, is designed for children ages 8-12. It will be held at the Education and Conference Center, 701 Fourth St. S, St. Petersburg. Cost is $15 per child.
Wellness Day will teach kids about important health topics, including nutrition, physical fitness, tobacco awareness and stress management. These issues will be presented through exercises and a variety of fun activities that encourage and promote healthy behavior.
