Trade donations for discount
Take gently used women's and children's clothing to Pinellas County Stein Mart stores (Clearwater, Palm Harbor, St. Petersburg and Seminole) Friday and Saturday and receive discount coupons for merchandise. The Style Exchange is sponsored by the Junior Leagues of St. Petersburg and Clearwater-Dunedin; clothes go to the Center Against Spouse Abuse (CASA) Thrift Shop in St. Petersburg and the Scot Shop resale shop in Dunedin, the leagues' charitable projects. League volunteers will accept donations at the stores from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Contributors will receive tax receipts and coupons for 20 percent off regularly priced items at Stein Mart.
Prom fashions center court

Britton Plaza addition
Burlington Coat Factory has a new store in Britton Plaza, 3950 S Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, featuring discounted men's, women's and children's clothing; Baby Depot and luxury linens and shoe departments. The retailer has other Tampa Bay stores in Brandon, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa.
New in Hyde Park
Home Elements, a specialty furnishings store, has opened two Tampa stores, across from Citrus Park Town Center, and next to Pottery Barn in Old Hyde Park Village.
