    SUNSETS AT PIER 60: Enjoy a festival of arts, crafts and entertainment from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Pier 60 Pavilion, Clearwater Beach. Today, catch Mallku (Peruvian folk). Free.

    NEIGHBORHOOD FUN: Clearwater's annual celebration of neighborhoods has been expanded. It will now include a full week of activities beginning with Community Information Day, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Phillip Jones Field, 1160 Russell St. The free event will feature representatives of local community organizations who will talk about programs that benefit Clearwater's Hispanic residents. Activities will include children's games, a Moon Walk, music, arts and crafts, and displays by Clearwater's city departments and community organizations. The highlight of the day will be five soccer games played by the Mexican Soccer League. The games will be played at 8 a.m., 10 a.m., noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Representatives from Tampa Bay Mutiny will greet soccer fans, prizes will be given out and food will be sold. (727) 562-4585.

    MARIONETTE SHOW: The Frog Prince Players will present Jack and the Beanstalk at 2 p.m. at the Frog Prince Puppetry Arts & Theatre, 210 S Pinellas Ave., Suite 158, Tarpon Springs (in the Arcade). Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for children 4 and older. Call (727) 942-2222.

    BALLET: The West Florida Ballet will perform the classic Peter Pan, featuring dancers Aniesa Schneberger and Shanna Groom at 6 p.m. at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center.     CONCERT: The Clearwater Chorus will present a Swingin' Into Spring concert with new swing, pop and jazz arrangements of such favorites as Laura, the Birth of the Blues, I Got Rhythm, Tea for Two and Cabaret. It will feature guest performers including the Swingtime Dancers, Sundance Company and the Kids-A-Poppin' children's song and dance troupe.
