Pinellas County schools registration information
The school district will register students in prekindergarten through fifth grade April 30 through May 10. Each site will register students during normal operating hours. For parents unable to register during this period, registration will resume Aug. 6. Students already attending Pinellas County public schools do not need to register again. Kindergarteners through fifth-graders new to Pinellas County schools must register at their zoned schools. Prekindergarten students are not assigned to schools and may register at any of the following elementary schools:

When registering students for prekindergarten through fifth grade, parents must bring:
Birth certificate, from the Vital Statistics Bureau, or other proof of date of birth. Students must be 4 years by Sept. 1, 2001 to attend prekindergarten and 5 years by before Sept. 1, 2001 to attend kindergarten
Florida Certificate of Immunization, including specific dates of immunization. Prekindergarten through third-grade students must have had the Hepatitis B series (three doses during a six-month period). Prekindergarteners and kindergarteners must have had the varicella (chicken pox) vaccine.
Physical examination certificate, signed by a licensed examiner within 12 months before enrollment and registration.
Proof of residency. A utility bill, rental or lease agreement with parent or guardian's name and address is acceptable.
Child's Social Security number (requested but not required).
