Clothes make the art show

HYDE PARK FINE ARTS - "Ready to Wear," a multimedia show of real clothes and art based on clothes, opens with a reception, 7 to 10 p.m. today at Hyde Park Fine Arts. On view are works by bay area artists Enee Abelman, Cat Thompson, Kathie Olivas, Tom Murray and others. The show continues through April 22 during hours 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. KOMATER SISTERS ENCORE - Komater Sisters and Friends, a group of local artists who exhibit together, holds its spring show and sale Saturday at the Friday Morning Musicale, 809 Horatio Ave., Tampa. Among the assemblage are eclectic hats by Sue Komater, vintage-inspired clothing by Carol Komater, jewelry by Mary Day and wearable art by Andrea Beane. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Free. LIVIN' AND LOVIN' ART -- Enjoy a progressive brunch while visiting five artists' homes in north Pinellas on a daylong bus tour, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday. En route you'll tour the homes of five Pinellas County artists and see how they have personalized their living space. The tour is sponsored by Something Fishy, a Clearwater art gallery and gift shop.
