The spring calendar is full of show houses, neighborhood tours and other events. Here are details:

Designer showhouse sponsored by the Florida Orchestra Guild/St. Petersburg at Vinoy Place, luxury townhome/condo development at 585 Fifth Ave. NE, St. Petersburg. Open through April 14, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday, noon to 4 p.m. Sunday. Tickets $10. Lunch served 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday, tea 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday ($5). Fourth Annual Pass-a-Grille Woman's Club Home Tour on Sunday issold out.

The 2001 Suncoast Parade of Homes, sponsored by the Contractors & Builders Association of Pinellas, runs through Sunday; 44 models in Pinellas, west Pasco, Manatee and Hillsborough counties are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today, noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Tampa Bay Parade of Homes 2001, showcase of new construction sponsored by Builders Association of Greater Tampa, continues through April 8. More than 130 homes from 59 builders are on display at subdivisions in Hillsborough and central and east Pasco. Most models are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
