Marlene Sabados Williams had been scheduled for arraignment this morning in Citrus County Court. But her lawyer, Casey Ebsary Jr. of Tampa, filed paperwork Tuesday waiving that appearance. The next court date is May 10. The ordinance requires gun sellers to wait 72 hours between the time they sell and deliver any firearm. Prosecutors say Williams, who owns A-OK Pawn & Gold in Crystal River, delivered the gun immediately when Truax bought it Feb. 19. Hours later, authorities have said, Truax used the gun to kill Meghan Durling and then himself.
