Women's cancer program board to meet Friday

"Healthy Women Today," Florida's Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Early Detection Program, will hold its annual Advisory Board meeting from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday in the Conference Room of the Pasco County Health Department, 6701 Forest Ave., New Port Richey.

The meeting will include an update on current legislation, activities and issues affecting the program and goals for the upcoming year.

Poster contest winners announced

The Pasco County Health Department, 10841-B Little Road, New Port Richey, announced the winners of its Hunger Awareness Poster Contest. The following students will receive a a $50 savings bond donated by the Pasco Education Foundation, Inc.:

Hospice thrift shop holding pre-Easter sale
