Dealership zoning approved

PINELLAS PARK -- The zoning board unanimously approved a request to build a Crown Honda in the northeast end of the city.
The dealership would move from its present location in the Lealman area of unincorporated Pinellas County to the old Easter Seal building at 7671 U.S. 19 N -- adjacent to the Florida Highway Patrol building and across from Bob Evans Restaurant.
The zoning decision is advisory. The City Council, sitting as the Community Redevelopment Board, is scheduled to make a final decision at its April 24 meeting, 7 p.m. in the council workshop room at City Hall, 5141 78th Ave. N. The public is welcome.
