You're never too young to enjoy the library. Recent participants in Mother Goose Time at the Central Ridge Library in Beverly Hills literally had a ball. This program is for children from infants to 18 months, but 2-year-old Ashley Dwyer was right at home with "the kids."

The children and their mothers enjoy 20 minutes of lively songs and games that introduce various movements to the children. Sometimes that movement includes clapping and jumping. Other times beach balls may be involved. Whatever they do, smiles are always in evidence.

In April, Mother Goose Time will be on Wednesdays from 10 to 10:20 a.m. at the Lakes Region Library in Inverness.
