Best betsBy EILEEN SCHULTE © St. Petersburg Times, published April 13, 2001 OPEN HOUSE: The 15th annual Picnic in the Village Antique Car Show and Open House will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Heritage Village, 11909 125th St. N, Largo. It will feature live music, a children's Easter bonnet contest, a soap box oratory by Heritage Village mayoral candidates and children's "ole timey games." At the car show, there will be original and restored antique autos, made in 1959 and earlier, displayed among the village's 22 historic structures. The car owners will be dressed in period clothing. Bring a picnic lunch, or buy snacks at the site. Free. Call (727) 588-9182. EASTER AT THE FARMER'S MARKET: The last Downtown Clearwater Farmer's Market of the season will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Station Square Park, 600 block of Cleveland Street, Clearwater. Not only can you buy fresh produce, flowers and crafts, but you can participate in an Easter egg hunt. There will be three separate hunts; the grand prize will be a giant Easter bunny.
